Alem Driving School LLC Policy Page: Payment and Refunds

Payment Policy
All payments must be made in full before the start of the driving lessons.

Refund Policy

  • If you pay for driving lessons and have not begun the program within 90 days of payment, we will refund the full amount paid.
  • If services have already been provided, we will refund the unused portion of the fees for driving lessons.
  • Refunds will not be issued after 90 days.

Lesson Packages
We offer various driving programs with different hours of in-car driving lessons, including:

  • The Basic Course
  • The Advantage Plus Program
  • The Classic Experience

Additionally, we provide 20 and 40-hour behind-the-wheel programs. All packages must be taken within three months from the purchase date.

Evaluation and Progress
Every student will be evaluated at the end of each lesson to keep them informed of their progress.

Cancellations and Fees
All cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled lesson will incur a $20 fee. Returned checks will be subject to a $35 fee.

Accidents and Violations
If there is an at-fault accident involving our vehicles, it will be covered by our liability insurance; however, a point count will be added to the driver’s record. If a student commits a moving violation and is cited by a police officer during a lesson, the ticket will be issued to that driver.

Instructor Discretion
The presence of another person in the car during lessons is at the discretion of our instructors. They prioritize safety and effective learning; therefore, they have authority to disallow additional passengers during lessons. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide optimal one-on-one instruction.

Refusal of Service
Our staff and instructors maintain the right to refuse or stop service at any time if deemed necessary.

Credit Card Transactions
Please note that all credit card transactions are subject to an additional fee.
